By thinking strategically, we were able to differentiate MetLife Assurance’s positioning in the B2B marketplace. A fully integrated campaign was launched across DM, digital, print and exhibitions, and was segmented by customer type for maximum impact. Our new positioning is now used as a template for on-going marketing communications.
Proteus analysed customer research for relevant key insights, developed a new messaging concept that was segmented across three key customer groups, including new impactful visuals to create on-going campaign management across trade advertising, print collateral, DM packs, digital microsite and exhibitions.
By refreshing the MetLife Assurance brand, it is now stronger and has a clearer customer proposition. In addition, we delivered a set of campaign guidelines to act as a template for strategic marketing activity moving forwards.
