Capturing the imaginations of an internal sales team and their customers.
As a broker, Jelf’s success is heavily reliant not only on product partner relations, but on their sales team’s ability to persuade customers of the added value they can offer vs. direct purchases. With the launch of Personify, their own employee benefits platform aimed at SMEs, there was lack of anticipation and excitement around the product within the sales team and as a result, uptake from customers was low.
Our vision was to create a concept and targeted messaging to re-invigorate interest in Personify from the inside out. Keeping the end-user in our sights, there had to be a particular focus on capturing the imagination of the all-important internal sales staff.
Our ‘Be.’ concept is a recognisable, memorable proposition, complements Jelf’s authentic existing brand and engages their customers as employers or employees, as well as their own sales force. Enabling Jelf to convey Personify’s ability to benefit everyone, Be. also became a mechanism to allow Jelf to express their goals and ambitions succinctly and sincerely to customers and their own staff.
