Local Authority Impact
We developed a new brand identity for Public Health Action (PHA) as they responded to changes in their funding, moving from being NHS Trust backed to being funded by Local Authorities. The aim was to develop a brand that would appeal to the niche audiences of Local Authority procurement and Local Authority MarComms professionals, it had to be professional, enagaing and impactful.

Develop a brand that is representative of the expertise and methodology that PHA has built its reputation on, while being impactful and engaging.
Delivery
- Developed a new brand identity including an impactful new logo and strapline
- Created a brand guidelines document to demonstrate how to use all elements of the new identity across the business.

- Helped to cut the regional smoking rate to under 17%.
- Helped increase the proportion of ‘ex-smokers’ in the South West to 38% – the highest in the UK.
