Adding value to employee benefits. Virgin Holidays asked us to come up with a creative way to communicate employee benefit entitlements to staff members. We created a fully personalised Total Reward Statements which fit perfectly with the Virgin brand.
A personalised, on-brand statement was delivered to our employees’ home address. Each statement was unique to the employee utilising their personal employment data. The design displayed figures in a clear and concise manner, making it perfectly clear what each employee is entitled too.
The statements received excellent feedback from Virgin Holidays employees, specifically on the high impact visuals and the clarity of complex information.
